Embacco Lighting Profile
It all began in 1995.
At that time, the founder Lise Norgaard changed her path of life. From being a number cruncher to explore the world of lighting. In 1995 Embacco Lighting (DK) was established. Embacco is owned and operated by its founder Lise Norgaard. She also has a background in international marketing and she is one of the designers behind the Embacco collection.
For more than a decade Embacco Lighting have teamed up with renowned Danish architects and interior designers creating cutting edge lighting solutions. The many architectural and customized lighting fixtures resulted in a substantial knowledge of materials, design and production. This, in combination with having a distinctly good and intuitive sense of lighting, is the foundation for all developments and new thinking from Embacco Lighting.

Building her own house in 2007 Lise Norgaard couldn´t find a suitable squared outdoor lighting …even though there were plenty of squared fixtures in the market. She then decided to design her own cubic outdoor fixture in the perfect size, with perfect proportions, perfect round off edges, in the perfect surfaces and at a value-for-money price level. The first product WELCOME OUTDOOR was born.
Today the lighting collection counts 6 families – 3 exterior and 3 interior lighting products. All in a minimalistic Scandinavian design.

About the future!! Yes we do have plans. Embacco Lighting is very much focused on the inner well-being of humans. We are convinced that the light has a great influence on our inner life.
This means that:
- Embacco focuses on the importance of light in our daily life
- The right lighting makes a good day and create new energy
- Good lighting can contribute in the creation of experiences and break monotony
- The right lighting stimulate the senses.
We are right now experimenting with new materials and new lighting technology.
Embacco wants to add new dimensions to the lighting market as well as the way we traditionally view the lighting.
We call it Light Care.
