Sideboard series based on the ‘Modulor’ proportions system developed by Le Corbusier. The proportions are a deliberate attempt to replace the rigidity of symmetry with an asymmetrical arrangement which feels correct.

The heights of the sideboard components SIDE, LOW and PODEST allow an infinite number of possible combinations. LOW has a wide range of household applications for instance lowboard, storage, computer/TV unit etc.

The extent to which details in furniture can change is proven by the new under-frame version Atelierfuß for our sideboards. The 25cm trestle-like construction was developed for the LOW, PODEST, PODEST TV and SIDE by Claudia Kleine and Jörg Kürschner, a.k.a. Formstelle. With its new legs, the design duo have given their concepts a contemporary, crafty, appealing look and one which is also a higher alternative to the previous versions.
