"Feuerstelle" is the result of long and difficult research work: images of flames were exposed on panes of glass treated with soot. The challenge was not only the process of exposure but also recording the motif in photographic terms. The result is an object on which a simple tea light can imitate the effects of flickering flames. "Feuerstelle" enables every host to light a warming fire for the guests.
