The dot inspired the SerraydelaRocha design studio to create one of Estiluz's latest products. Dot has a long story behind it and like the dot, it described a position in space. In classical Greek geometry, the dot was an intuitive concept, a body without dimensions. SerraydelaRocha has used this idea to create a lamp that is defined as the point of origin. "An element formed exclusively by Light, a body without matter".

Dot is available in three versions: ceiling, hanging and standard. The shade is manufactured in white satinised polyethylene with a matt texture, a very hardwearing, 100% recyclable, translucent material.
