The architect Andreas Hansen has designed the AP chair series in co-operation with Peter J. Lassen. Their aim was to create a light and characteristic chair emphasising functionality.
The seat design originates from a desire to create a chair out of a folded piece of paper.
The AP chair exists as a conference chair and as a "Pyramid" 4-legged chair for dining tables or meeting rooms.
