The choir area of Zurich’s Neumünster church gets a redesign

The reformed Neumünster church’s redesigned choir area creates a flexible space for different types of service. Frédéric Dedelley was responsible for developing the liturgical furniture and other objects, which dovetail with their spatial context – in terms of both colour and form. The five-module concept is based on a crystalline formal language, which takes a thematic cue from the surrounding architecture. Similarly, colours and materials make reference to the church’s interior.
