Our office first gained recognition through a series of domestic-scale projects, often situated in dense and complicated urban sites. Numerous French and international publications have documented this portion of our work, culminating in being one of the winners of the 'New Album of Young Architects' in 2001/2002.
Since then we have developed a large body of built work, varying in size and program, including temporary prototypes, educational and medical facilities, exhibitions and housing. We believe that such a diversity of scale and brief is how architecture should be approached, without being pigeonholed into a 'speciality'.
There are, however, common threads between our projects: the integration of graphic design, of landscape - both artificial and real, and a desire to design all aspects of a project down to the smallest detail.
