The representative writing desk from Table Program 850, designed by Dieter Rams and Thomas Merkel, offers the user, in addition to an ample work surface, sufficient free room to communicate. The inwardly shifted table legs lend the table a somewhat, almost floating character as well as comfortable legroom. The leather cover and the second level made of Alucobond result in a functional, high-quality workplace. The tabletop made of 30 mm core board, is veneered in various woods and coated with laminate or linoleum. The crescent-shaped massive wood edge encloses the panel harmonically and has a pleasant feel. The table legs are made of aluminium, natural or matt black anodised. The PC table with integrated CPU box complements the program. The CPU box of the PC table has doors in the front and rear to cover the computer and wiring.
