The special edition Stan & Harvey are – like the corresponding elements in the main collection – characterized by their round bases, which allow the objects to react to touch with a slight swaying motion. Similarly, a long-stem flower extending over the vase’s edge will cause a gentle tilt. Stan & Harvey form an interdependent coexistence with their surroundings; through their movability they undergo an interaction with their environment. This dynamic-playful trait induced by the curvature of the base is the distinctive feature of the vases Stan & Harvey. The special edition has been manufactured in a limited collection of 30 objects. Each piece is numbered and signed by Nikolas Kerl. Available in transparent lilac and opaque yellow.

Both of these glass objects, just like their older brother Straight A, are hand-blown using with a pear wood mold. The liveliness of the manufacturing process is reflected in these concepts by Nikolas Kerl. The siblings Stan & Harvey react to touch with a slight swaying motion and thus convey the playful nature of their design. The exceptional ability of the glass blower makes both of these objects one of a kind. Both models are available with olive, lilac, and teal finishes.
