Pivotant de Nemo Cassina Lighting

The PIVOTANT wall lamp by Charlotte Perriand was originally created in 1962. Following a detailed study conducted in close collaboration with M.me Pernette Perriand-Barsac, the daughter and sole heir of Charlotte Perriand, the lamp has gone into industrial production, while preserving all of its great architectural and functional relevance. After reissuing the basic version in 2011, Nemo has now extended this range. In addition to the first model, currently available with halogen light source or with red, yellow or blue shades, the line now includes PIVOTANT DOUBLE, whose diffuser is double in length, and PIVOTANT PLIÉ, which has a slightly bent diffuser.
With great pragmatism, Charlotte Perriand pioneered the idea of "a family of products", offering versatile and stylistically consistent solutions. It is hardly surprising that the PIVOTANT family of lamps has just the right proportions, elegance and functionality to fit in with the NUAGE family of bookshelves and storage units presented this year by Cassina.
Materials: metal body, aluminium volet. Finishes and colours: body painted in white, volet in natural anodized or black aluminium.
