This printing process produces high-resolution imagery onto aluminum panels via sublimation printing. Panels are made of 92% recycled aluminum and can be framed with custom metal framing. All imaging and orders are custom. First the visual is printed on paper as a mirror image which is then is attached to the aluminum which has been coated with a UV inhibitor and goes into a heat system which transfers the image from the paper onto the aluminum. The maximum printed panel size is 48 x 96 in (4 x 8 ft). The aluminum panels pass the Hoffman scratch hardness test with a continuously variable load of 2000 out of 2500 grams and have an impact resistance of 24 in (610 mm) according to LD3 303 steel ball drop. The surface should be cleaned with alcohol or meguiars cleaner and wax with a fiber free cloth. Applications are wall panels, wall decor and wall art.
