Luna de Plank

After a long period of experimentation in design and technology, initiated with the Millefoglie chair, Plank progressed the study of plywood use, seeking to obtain a previously unthinkable formal spatiality. The result is LUNA, a three-dimensional plywood moulding chair with high ergonomic quality and light weight. The chair has organic and soft shapes, but at the same time it maintains formal simplicity. The final finish is an integral part of the project: the striped wooden surface accentuates the chair’s volume.

Destination environments: cafeteria-bar, catering points, conferencing, domestic space.
Technical details: Stackable chair, chrome plated metal structure. Seat shell made with three-dimensional plywood moulding technology, veneered in blackwood or moccawood.
Versions: chair, armchair, bar- counter-stool, swivel chair.
