Recycled surface for construction and sustainable design

Eco by Cosentino® is composed of 75% recycled materials, including porcelain, glass, mirrors and vitrified ash. The launch of ECO establishes a new unprecedented standard in sustainable design and construction, creating a new brand category: "Recycled Surfaces."

Aware of the importance of continuous innovation, and today’s new needs and awareness, with ECO, the Cosentino R&D department has brought together, for the first time in a decorative surface, high-level design and a group of features and properties, with a truly ecological and sustainable component.

Natural stones and an ecological resin, (part of which is vegetable origin) make up 25% of the ECO composition resulting in a pioneering material that uses both rationally and efficiently natural resources and therefore ECO is both sustainable and respectful to the environment.


Eco by Cosentino ® has the following certifications:

“Cradle to Cradle”: Cradle to Cradle is not just a product certification it is a philosophy. The idea of the products that pursue this path surmounts the environmental strategy "reduce, reuse, recycle." Cradle to Cradle certifies not only the product itself but also everything that influences the production system.

“Environmental Product Declaration” given by The International EDP Consortium to the Life Cicle Analysis of the product Eco by Cosentino®.
