Boss Design was established in 1983 and is a privately owned contract seating manufacturer located in the West Midlands, UK. Boss Design serves its national and international markets from its 105,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in the West Midlands and a high profile showroom in the heart of London.

The Boss Design product ranges sport a wide variety of upholstered seating, task and meeting furniture extending to include breakout seating collections, contemporary tables, through to bespoke product design.
Boss Design is committed to new product development. Extensive investment in recent years has not only enabled us to develop a striking portfolio of ergonomic products, but we have also implemented and maintained innovative approaches to the handling and fabricating of materials through our manufacturing processes.
Boss Design operates a strong Corporate Social Responsibility policy. From the initial design of all its products, including Mars, through to end-of-life-management, the company monitors every stage of the journey to ensure minimal environmental impact and maximum social benefits. As a carbon neutral company we are committed to reducing, reusing and recycling materials within our production processes and we offer a unique service that allows our furniture to be 100% reused or recycled.
We work closely with the Greenworks organisation to deliver our award winning end-of-life product management process. Here we arrange for clients' old furniture items to be collected and redistributed to charities and other good causes. Alternatively, unsuitable furniture is always broken down and recycled.
