Via Appia is specialised in knitwear and shirts and its four labels - Via Appia, Via Appia DUE, b2 by via appia and Otto Kern - offer women’s fashion to a wide clientele. To remain faithful to the core of the company identity, to be sovereign and authentic and to continually try new tracks – this has been the driving force and the vision of Via Appia since its establishment back in 1980. The high-quality collections offer an excellent price-performance ratio and are marketed in virtually every country in Europe.

The retail space in the new Via Appia showroom in Dusseldorf is divided into four sections reflecting the four product lines, situated both sides of the “Boulevard“. All four areas are designed as stage sets, in which the limelight is on the garments. The merchandise is displayed in rectangular alcove walls, 2m10 in height. The parquet flooring in the four display areas stands out from the grey industrial floor. Four large luminous ceiling panels containing a multitude of LED elements form the fly loft. The remaining space has been kept dark grey to highlight the display areas.

The new single point support system, Lusso by Visplay, is used in all the alcove walls. The soft, harmonised shapes of the merchandise supports emphasise the character of the fashion on display and contribute to a high-quality image. An automatic cover cap ensures that the holding technology remains invisible even without merchandise supports. The Visplay system Area Viva 35 was chosen for mid-floor use, forming a slight perimeter to the “Boulevard”. Area sockets, which hold the merchandise supports, are fitted directly into the parquet flooring – an elegant solution for mid-floor merchandise displays. Sign holders from Visplay’s Label system are used for branding.
