The refurbishment project has focused on creating open spaces in which the chromatic black –white contrast is highlighted and industrial style materials are used, such as the steel/cement and the glass that are combined with the Ice Zement flooring from COMPAC.

The initial premise in terms of drawing the new plans was to facilitate the interaction of the team. Hence the space is articulated around a large open area where spaces coexist for formal, informal and quick meetings. Furthermore, the five meeting rooms that are spread out on the three floors have been glazed to let more light in and to favour communication.

For the meeting room tables, one of the key elements of the new interior design, Carrara Glacé quartz has been used to give the whole room brightness with a smooth matt finish. This elegant product is sustained in the decorative surfaces of the new bathrooms and the kitchen. In contrast, another one of the latest innovations from the firm: Ice Concrete has been used for the laboratory.

The sensation of spaciousness together with the leading role played by natural light, reaches all corners of the offices through the large side windows and those of the new kitchen-dining room (also glazed).
