Concept
The anti-glare and reflector rings ensure the light is primarily directed downwards, but an opening in the reflector ring allows illumination of the ceiling. The four supports create a characteristic light pattern on the ceiling depending on which type of light source is used.

White, powder coated.
Story behind the product
The family of Magazin fixtures started out with the 40 watt incandescent version, which was created for Ny Carlsberg Fonden (the New Carlsberg Foundation) in Copenhagen. The main idea was to create a ceiling fixture for classical buildings with very low ceilings heights.
