The family of seating Lui5, which includes chair and armchair, looks to the early europen twentieth century. A classic of furnishings, the wooden chair with caned seat, serves as a reference:the traditional working techniques are shooting with fidelity and skill, but the sweet curves and shapes of the original model leave space to simplified lines and crystallized forms, which multiply in the space giving this item an attractive and futuristic look. The name is a clear reference to the pentagonal choice that becomes the measurement unit of the structure and that obsessively repeats itself: from the section of the legs to the construction of the panels that make up seat, back and arms. For those who want softness and comfort, the Lui 5 family is available in upholstered version.
