In elegant Viennese straw, solid beech frame, bent in a single piece of wood measuring five metres in length, the Gebrüder Thonet Vienna long chair is a perfect example of skilled craftsmanship using the designer’s own exclusive technique of moulding wood by steam.
With its reclining back and foot rest “Liege No. 1” is functional and comfortable but always aristocratically elegant.
