The CIGAR VIEW ash tray consists of a pressed steel EN10111DD11 top, T. 12/10, D. 120 mm, H. 60 mm. On the top there are four holes, D. 20 mm, to throw the cigarette-butts. On the upper part of the top, a pierced concave pressed sheet plate is welded, ( D. of the holes 3 mm) and it has a central opening with a D. 20 mm. A steel EN10111DD11 sheet plate is pressed to create the container, T. 15/10. The ash tray is placed on a transparent tube in polycarbonate, T. 25 mm, to which is fixed a solid iron base, T. 30/10 D. 250 mm.
All the elements are finally cold galvanised and polyester powder coated.

The CIGAR S ash tray can be mounted on a wall or on a post. It consists of a laser cut shaped steel EN10111DD11 tube bar, 102x2 mm H. 900 mm. On the upper part is fixed a pressed steel EN10111DD11 top through a continuous wire welding, H. 60 mm and T. 2 mm. On the upper part of the top there is a hole D. 54 mm, whilst four holes on its side are placed at a position of 90 degrees one from the other. Under the hole, D. 54 mm, is electro-welded a pressed steel EN10111DD11 concave net, with openings 5 mm wide and a central hole with a 20 mm diameter. At a distance of 80 mm from the upper part of the ash tray, there is a laser cut shaped door with lighting, 100x H 250 mm, fixed to the tube bar ith two hinges.
On the lower and central part of the door there is a lock with universal triangular key in plastic. Inside the tube bar, at a height of 280 mm, is fixed a steel EN10111DD11 plate, T. 30/10, which serves as support for the cigarette-ends tank. The latter is in galvanised steel EN 10346DX51D+Z, T. 10/10, provided with a bottom made by a steel EN10111DD11 sheet padding, 10/10 thick.
On the back side of the ash tray there are two holes, D. 6 mm.

The ground support CIGAR ash tray consists of a steel EN10111DD11 laser cut shaped tube bar, 102x2 mm and H. 900 mm. On the upper part is fixed a pressed steel EN10111DD11 top through a continuous wire welding, H. 60 mm and T. 2 mm. On the upper part of the top there is a hole D. 54 mm, whilst four holes on its side are placed at a position of 90 degrees one from the other. Under the hole, D. 54 mm, there is electro-welded a steel EN10111DD11 pressed concave net, with openings 5 mm wide and a hole with a 20 mm diameter.
At a distance of 80 mm from the upper part of the ash tray, there is a laser cut shaped door with lighting, 100x H 300 mm, fixed to the tube bar with two hinges. On the upper and central part of the door there is a lock with universal triangular key in plastic. Inside the tube bar, at a height of 390 mm, is fixed a steel EN10111DD11 plate, T. 30/10, which serves as support for the cigarette-ends container in galvanised steel EN 10346DX51D+Z, T. 10/10, provided with a bottom made by a steel EN10111DD11 sheet padding, 10/10 thick.
On the lower part of the tube bar, at a distance of 10 mm from the border, is fixed a steel EN10111DD11 plate, necessary for fixing the base. The base consists of a pressed steel EN10111DD11 plate, T. 30/10 H. 30 mm. All the materials are then cold galvanised and polyester powder coated.

The MINI CIGAR ash tray consists of three elements. The first one is a steel EN10111DD11 bracket, T. 20/10 and 240x60 mm, which has two holes, D. 5 mm, at a distance of 80 mm and 140 mm from the lower profile, in order to be fixed to a bin. On the upper part of the bracket there is a flattened fold which serves as clamp to hook the bin, whereas on the lower part there is a ring welded which contains the ashtray. The ring has a hole with a diameter of 12 mm on the left side and at 90 degrees. To the ring is fixed a screw attached to a M10 bolt, which is for safety and anti-theft.
The second element is a pressed steel EN10111DD11 top, T. 20/10 D. 100 H. 53, on which there are 4 holes with a diameter of 20 mm to drop the cigarette-ends in. On the upper part of the top there is a hole, D. 53 mm, to which it is electro-welded a pierced printed concave sheet plate (D. of the holes 3 mm), which also has a central opening with a diameter of 20 mm. On the lower part of the top is electro-welded a steel EN10111DD11 fascia, T. 12/10 H. 50 mm, with a hole, D. 12 mm, which coincides with the opening of the ring, useful to fix the bolt.
The third element is the container made of a pressed steel EN10111DD11 sheet plate, T. 15/10. On the upper part of the container there is a border of 7 mm with a hole, D. 12 mm, which makes easier the top entry. On the bottom of the tank is a, D. 5 mm hole for drainage.
All the elements are then cold galvanised and polyester powder coated.
