Alfa, designed by Hannes Wettstein, is back with a new soft touch finish, available in a wide range of colours. A finish which is soft to the touch brings the great Molteni&C classic up to date.

The Alfa chair consists of just two pieces: a back, which continues down into the rear legs, and a seat that extends to form the front legs. Alfa can also be covered with hide leather.
ICFF design award winner 2001 “best seating”

Alfa has passed the following tests:
- UNI-EN 1022/1998 – stability test
- EN 1728/2000 (for domestic use) – load and resistance tests
- UNI 8584/1984 – test for resistance to structural fatigue

Available finishes
Special colours, hide leather

Materials
Seat and back: “SMC” – Compound polyester resin reinforced with glass fibre.
Feet: Non-slip polyurethane
Cover (hide leather version): Full grain, vegetable-tanned leather, dyed in sample collection colours. In this version, the seat has a polyurethane foam pad.
