New: Pure Village, Hall 3.2
Pure Village, in hall 3.2, is a new concept, with its comprehensive focus on design: Individual presentations of exclusive design products and creative interior design concepts are being presented together within an innovative exhibition architecture. Together with the visionary designs of the [d3] design talents in hall 3.1 and the premium exhibition Pure in hall 11, these halls present an overview of modern design at it best.
Interior Trends 2010, Hall 3.2
The four outstanding trends in furniture design in the coming year were recently identified by the Trendboard of imm cologne. This year, the board is composed of American designer and architect Johanna Grawunder, Danish designer Cecilie Manz, Dutch designer Bertjan Pot, British design journalist Marcus Fairs and Italian designer and textile expert Giulio Ridolfo. The trends that they have singled out go under the labels of "Trickery", "Comfort Zone", "Rehab" and "Discipline".
