The Torroja Cross is named after Spanish structural engineer Eduardo Torroja, whose extended hyperboloid forms for the roof of Madrid’s 1935 Zarzuela Hippodrome inspired the shape of the aluminum shade.
The Torroja Cross features a nickel-plated frame and shades that rotate to cast light up or down. The Torroja Cross can be fully customized the tier length of your choice, and with as many tiers as your space will allow.
All David Weeks Studio lights are custom-made in Brooklyn, New York.
