Tibidabo von Varaschin

The Tibidabo family consists of a series of chairs and end tables, the former with either high or low backrests created by a weave of thin fibers suited to both indoor and outdoor contexts. The aluminum frame, with a glossy black enamel coating, contrasts elegantly with the seat, composed of matt black synthetic fiber that is woven more loosely at the base, becoming tighter toward the top. Seat and back cushions complete the composition. The version with the high backrest evokes the furnishings associated with Mediterranean beaches, an open invitation to rest and relaxation. Designers Fabio Calvi and Paolo Brambilla also created a table, available in two colors (black or white) and two sizes, with a tabletop in smoked glass that matches the chairs. Perfect for outdoor settings, Tibidabo evokes breakfast on a terrace surrounded by lush vegetation – yet at the same time, it is ideal for a contemporary indoor dining set for those who like an elegantly informal atmosphere.
