T3 Cavalletto | Azucena

The oval top of this timeless table, the prototype for which dates back to the 1930s, is held up by a very simple metal frame consisting in two trestles with cross braces. The legs have merely been bent at the base to create discreet feet facing in different directions. In all three versions (polished, burnished, chrome-plated brass), the frame attracts the light and dematerialises into fine luminescent rays. A tapered edge lends a certain grace to the wood tabletop. The top is available in two finishes – high-gloss polyester lacquer in various colours or crystal clear varnished mahogany, walnut or érable (an exclusive wood veneer in Birdseye or Canadian maple used by Azucena) – transforming the table into a reflecting tray.

Table with oval top in green érable with clear gloss polyester lacquer, trestle base in chrome-plated brass, height 72 cm.

Cavalletto top 130 x 180 cm or 140 x 210 cm, tapered solid wood edge.
Available with clear gloss polyester lacquer (colours navy blue, grey, black, Chinese red, British racing green)or in various woods veneer (mahogany, walnut, érable, maple or cherry) with clear polyester finish, gloss or satin. Base in polished, burnished or chrome-plated brass
