Layered, smooth, hard, non-porous solid surfacing from FSC-Certified, or post-consumer recycled paper. These rigid panels are available in six layered color variations under the names Rainier, Shasta, Adams, Hood, Little Tahoma, and Baker. Custom colors are also available. The top surface is a matte finish, and the colors of the interlayers are dependent upon whether virgin or recycled materials are used. The surface of each panel is stain, heat and scratch resistant and has good bending strength (can accommodate long spans and cantilevers with no additional support). The material is sold in sheets up to 5 x 10 ft (1524 x 3048 mm) and in various thicknesses up to 1 in (2.54 cm), with custom thicknesses up to 3 in (7.62 cm) are also possible. The panels are GREENGUARD certified for indoor use in residential, school and institutional environments and contributes to LEED points. Applications are for countertops and work surfaces.
