The diffuser is the most characterising part of this lamp. In fact, Flow’s diffuser is made of moulded opal polycarbonate and has a spheroidal volume; visually speaking, it looks like a decomposed series of concentric rings that intercept and diffuse light in the room. The shape of the diffuser changes according to the angle of observation; it looks as if the lamp were dematerialising itself and embodied a flow of energy, an electric vibration. The family is composed of floor, table lamp, ceiling and suspension lamps. The diffuser of the floor and table lamps is mounted on a metal stem, and the lamps are fitted with a metallic ring-like touch dimmer that matches the design of the diffuser.
