Coated [Prototyp] von Sylvain Willenz Design Studio

The particularity of COATED is the simplicity of its elements and how they are put together. In effect, the coat-stand is assembled only from three wooden poles inserted into a moulded plastic three-way tube structure, which holds everything together. The overall result is elegantly graphic in its simplicity, while the resolved design of the moulded plastic part suggests a quiet admiration for the engineered aesthetic of more mundane household items.
