The CLASS bin is made of galvanised steel EN10346DX51D+Z, T. 15/10. On the main body there are 10 rows of holes, D. 5 mm, made by punching. The bottom consists of a pressed steel EN10111DD11 sheet plate, on which there are 4 holes, D. 10 mm, for fixing. The base is 70 mm high and it has a diameter of 455 mm. The inner bin-liner holder is in steel EN10111DD11, T. 20/10 H. 40 mm and D. 430 mm, and on the upper part eight spikes, 25xH30 mm R 5, are obtained through a laser cut. It is then fixed to the main structure with four sheet plate brackets, T. 20/10, fastened through a bayonet system.
The cover, D. 545 and H. 40 mm, is characterised by a central opening, D. 200 mm, and it consists of a strong hinge, T. 3 mm, welded to a reinforcing steel EN10111DD11element. On the body of the bin there is a reinforcing bracket, T. 3 mm, welded to the fixing system of the hinge.
All the elements are made of galvanised and polyester powder coated steel.

The CLASS CENDRIER ash tray is in galvanised steel EN10346DX51D+Z, T. 15/10. On the bearing structure 10 rows of holes, D. 5 mm, are made by punching. On the bottom, made of pressed steel EN10111DD11 sheet plate, there are four fixing holes with a 10 mm diameter and a base of 455 mm x H 70 mm. The container for the cigarette ends is in galvanised steel EN10346DX51D+Z, T. 15/10, to which it is welded a pierced steel EN10111DD11 net with holes of 3 mm. The net has a half-moon shape with a radius of 175 mm. The container, D. 450 mm x H. 100 mm, is fixed to the main body through four sheet plate brackets, T. 20/10, which are fastened through a bayonet system.
The cover, D. 545 mm, has a strong hinge, T. 3 mm, welded to a reinforcing piece of steel EN10111DD11. On the main body it is welded a bracket to reinforce the hinge.
