By avoiding fashion trends one can achieve an enduring and timeless design. To achieve this, Lintex collaborates with a roster of designers and architects in Scandinavia.
Lintex – a niche company
We are a niche company in interior design dedicated to the development of sustainable, intelligent, inspiring and durable solutions for corporate, educational and public spaces. Our products and concepts are developed in Sweden by applying a diligent design process that brings together the company’s engineering excellence and the creative genius of leading architects and designers. Our goal is to create products and concepts with a high degree of timeless functionality and aesthetics.
Lintex – History
Lintex was established in Sweden in 1983 by Carl Af Ekenstam. It now holds a leading position in the Scandinavian market for visual communications and creative screening off for ofﬁce, educational and public spaces, in cooperation with leading architects and interior designers. The company is family-owned and based in Nybro (the heart of Sweden’s glass-making district). Where the production and development takes place at the production site which covers 10,000 m2. Lintex has over 100 employees and has its own sales organisation in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK. The brand is represented on all major European markets. The family that founded the company is still involved in running day-to-day business. In 2010 Lintex had the pleasure to open the doors to a new relocated 200 m2 showroom in Stockholm Design District, complementing the showrooms in the other Scandinavian capitals: Copenhagen, Oslo and Helsinki.
