This finely crafted and detailed cabinet illustrates Ponti's architectural proportion and Fontana Arte's jeweled precision. The illuminated vitrine for the VII Triennale is a rare collaborative masterpiece of Italian furniture from the first half of the Twentieth Century. Fontana Arte's fine glasswork is exquisitely presented in the upper portion of the cabinet with beveled corners that surround the hinges. Signed on verso.
