PattWall is a wall and ceiling panelling system developed according to the characteristics of Patt’s flooring for an almost threedimensional view of the environment, a system which allows total design and the quality of an installation which would be possible otherwise only with craftsmen’s creativity and ability. The wall and ceiling system is based on the revolutionary Joint System patented by Patt, which was created to improve the traditional dry-joint flooring which sometimes has problems of stability and resistance. It is made of a joint in non-deformable plastic material with the typical “double T” profile (the plastic core is inserted on the short side of the slates joining them together in a stable and resistant way and thus allowing the flooring to undergo high frequentation and stress).
Created according to the philosophy of the Fantoni group which is expressed in every step of the production process, PattWall is part of the group of the ecological products (the recycling of waste wood is part of the logic by which the exploitation of nontraditional raw materials using materials which do not come from forests helps to protect them) and is highly convenient. As the Patt’s flooring, it is easy to clean, resistant to dirt and stain, scratching and impact and therefore can be easily used in contract projects with high frequentation such as schools, public places, commercial centres, hotels, fitness centres, show rooms, as well as private spaces.
The assembling is easy and quick and the system allows to hide and handle the cable ducts and fittings, as well as to equip the walls with an interesting range of accessories such as shelves or spot lights. The possibility of inserting a layer of suitable materials increases the acoustic and thermal insulation.
Pattwall represents a real means to save energy as wood materials are perfect natural insulating materials, it is cheaper than other products available on the market (besides this it must be added that it is not necessary to paint the walls periodically) but, above all, it has the strength of aesthetics with a great visual impact, the minimalist elegance, the new dimensions given by the evenness of the surfaces, the absolute clean cuts and the play of colours.
