Product description

The model offered here is the original "Streamliner" meatslicer. Designed by Arens and Brookhart in 1940, the "Streamliner" was manufactured in 1941 as the model 195. It was the precursor to the model 410, which began production in 1944. The model 195 is noticeable for the word "Streamliner," engraved under the "Hobart" mark on both the front and back. The later Model 410 is marked only with the word "Hobart."
