A Joe armchair, designed in by Paolo Lomazzi - Donato D‘Urbino - Jonathan De Pas for Poltronova, Montale, Pistoia, manufactured at a later period, moulded polyurethane foam covered with brown leather, with several impressed marks JOE/Made in Italy/Modell P 100, height 95 cm, length 175 cm, depth 100 cm, height of seat 43 cm.
Beautiful patination.
Moulded as a giant baseball glove, this chair is reminiscent of Pop Art sculptures such as by Claes Oldenburg. Named after the baseball legend Joe Di Maggio.
