An Antilope armchair, designed in 1950 by Ernest Race for Race Furniture London, white plasticized bent steel rod frame, light blue plastic seat, plasticized threaded brass ball feet, with remains of a paper label DESIGNED FOR/ FESTIVAL OF BRITAIN/ERNEST, height 80 cm, width 54 cm, depth 56 cm, height of seat 44 cm.
Designed on the occasion of the Festival of Britain in 1951 for the terrace of the Royal Festival Hall .
