Since 1964 the mission of the company Rossin, has been to maximise comfort and enjoyment of sitting, in the „individual“ form of the chair as well as the more „sociable“ one of the sofa. The aim is not only the production of medium quality for mass consumption but the completion and perfection of each single piece, manufactured through experienced hands. This choice combines the best between serial and individual production and is complemented by the careful selection of international collaborators, who have here the freedom to realise their projects. The range of designer includes Luca Scacchetti, Dennis Santachiara, Martin Ballendat, Setsu e Shinobu Ito, Wolfgang C.R. Mezger, Erla Solveig Oskarsdottir, Charles Polin Charles Polin and Lepper-Schmidt-Sommerlade. These professional designers do not like the idea of mass production, they strive for perfection of the object. Personalities of such a variety can only be brought together in one and the same catalogue through a consistent company philosophy: the aim is not only to offer a wide range of products but to represent cultural variety. In the north Italian region South Tyrol the lively Italian style meets and merges with the German more rigorous line. It is not only the place where the company Rossin has its headquarters, it is also here that the precious human resources are taken from: people with excellent skills, motivation and experience in the use of the employed materials.
