Due to the fact that the team at IP44 develops lights for sophisticated objects, we pay very close attention to good design and our work is full of love of detail. This makes our collection particularly interesting for architects, builders and object designers. But for us, good design also means working sensitively with materials such as glass, precious metals and aluminium. So we are always on the look-out for new processing techniques so that we can offer our customers a variety of high-quality finishes along with finding new areas of application. With the chrome, black, brushed, polished, and bronze-coloured stainless steel finishes we can now offer a wide spectrum of lights which lend themselves as optical eye-catchers not only for modern architecture but also for classical architecture. With the careful manufacture of our lights here in Germany we want to set cross-border standards and in addition, set a sign for Germany as an industrial location. In the team we develop the lights from the inside to the outside following the classical design philosophy, in which shape follows functionality. The concept of our “dacha,” a place of inspiration, far away from logistics and sales has proved successful. Within one year IP44’s showroom here in Rheda-Wiedenbrück has become a popular meeting place for decision-makers and designers. Its modern and timeless architecture offers a stage for IP44’s collection, along with surroundings which fit in perfectly to our design-oriented intentions. It’s quite simple: design is also a process of communication. Only through intensive deliberation about the available factors such as light, materials and exteriors is it possible to give the lighting the innovative and yet timeless form of the IP44 lights. “Outside is inside and not left out” This was our credo in creating unexpected scenes of light outdoors. And we made it.
