Nasser Bader Abulhasan

Principal AGi Architects; Doctor in Architecture from Harvard Graduate School of Design (USA), specialize in sustainable developments in arid climates. Nasser has extensive experience in the design and implementation of new communities and has worked on numerous high profile master planning projects in the Middle East. His background in sustainability will ensure efficiency in approach and design to enhance and create evolved responses between people, buildings and their environment. His tendency to challenge situations, offers further creative possibilities where boundaries are crossed, dynamic interrelationships are formed and the limitations of cultures and fields are transposed.

Joaquin Perez-Goicoechea

Principal AGi Architects; Master in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design (USA); Master in Urban Design from the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid (Spain); Registered Architect from the Boarding School of Architects of Madrid (Spain). He has worked on a number of high profile international projects covering museums, residential, workplaces, sport facilities and large scale government planning, for organizations as diverse as The Rijksmuseum Amsterdam (Holland) and the Government of Spain. During his period of working on the Rijksmuseum as head of the Amsterdam office of Cruz y Ortiz Arquitectos, Joaquins’ involvement extended beyond design development, advancing to produce documents for execution and site supervision. His familiarity and understanding of the actualization process serves to maintain continuous elevated standards when delivering a project.

Salvador Cejudo Ramos

Design Partner AGi Architects; Bachelor of Science in Architecture (Major in Building Science) from the University of Seville School of Architecture (Spain); Master in Arts: Housing and Urbanism from the Architectural Association School of Architecture (UK); Registered Architect from the Spanish National Registration Board of Architects (Spain). Salvador has worked on a variety of projects involving elaborate programs and complex phasing requirements. His combined proficiency in both design and execution allows for proper management of the construction industry, to clearly communicate with contractors and organize workmanship in Spain.


AGi Architects is an International design firm providing comprehensive services in Architecture, Planning, Urban Design, Interior Design, Design Research and Consulting. An integration of skills allows the creation of places that provide lasting value for clients through distinctive and imaginative solutions.

AGi Architects was established in 2005 by Joaquin Perez-Goicoechea and Nasser B. Abulhasan. Salvador Cejudo started to collaborate with AGi in 2007 and became a design partner in 2009.

AGi Architects has introduced exceptional design, management and technical approaches to its projects in the Europe and the Middle East from its offices in the cities of Madrid and Kuwait. With a multidisciplinary staff of over 26 professionals including architects, planners, landscape architects, interior designers and other specialists, individual members of the design team can be carefully selected to reflect the necessary skills for the scope and scale of the project. Great emphasis is placed on continuity so that work is client driven rather than project centered. Clients work with architects they know and over time, the team is able to develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ business objectives and priorities and is able to make more effective contributions to their projects.
