The desire to quickly convert research results into marketable products was the impetus for the foundation of INGLAS in 1995. Physicist Dr. Manfred Arnold and materials scientist Dr. Thomas Meisel became acquainted in the research department of a large aerospace company.
Thorough knowledge in the area of automobile and aircraft glazing, light wave, infrared, and microwave technology are the starting point for INGLAS's visions and innovations.
Today a growing number of industrial property rights and patent registrations, utility models, and registered designs, as well as brands, represent one working basis of the company.
INGLAS GmbH & Co. KG has a network of highly capable partnerships that enable manufacturing of high-quality products in larger production runs, or realization of large projects such as the KfW building in Frankfurt.
