Photo-Form LLC is a unique tile studio, which provides designers the ability to create bas-relief tiles from photographs. Utilizing our patent pending process called Photo-Cast ™, we can create bas-relief tiles from any type of two-dimensional image.
We currently offer our tiles with the following metallic finishes:

- Bronze
- Brass
- Nickel/Silver
- Copper
- Stainless Steel
- Aluminum

We also offer ceramic tiles. Our ceramic glazes provide a tough and durable surface. The nontoxic formulation is ideal for a wide range of applications.
