3D-TEX
3D-TEX are three-dimensional formed fabrics which have been impregnated with a stabilising resin system.
The textiles which are preferably used are knitted fabrics made of polyester, polyamide or cotton.
The degree of stability of 3D-TEX can be controlled by the variable resin coats in different based materials ranging from elastic to stiff.

3D-TEX comes on the role and is available as 50.000mm x 1400mm cut or punched piece.
Thanks to its suburb structure 3D-TEX can be penetrated by gas foams, viscous material and foams.

3D-TEX has been especially designed and developed to be used as a flexible core material for the production of sandwich components, and is used for the production of metallic façade systems.
But there are many more application options beyond that. Because 3D-Tex is a highly flexible material it can be used in the designer milieu for the creation of lampshades or for lighting elements in exhibition installations.
3D-TEX PP/KHF
3D-TEX PP/KHF
3D-TEX PP/KHF is a compression mould nub plate made of polypropylene from a needle punched, nonwoven, renewable primary material such as kenaf, hemp and flax. Its degree of stability can be adjusted by varying the ration of its ingredients, i.e. natural fibres and polypropylene or by varying its area weight.
