power glass® - the high tech laminated glass with integrated light-emitting diodes

With the development of power glass® it has been successful for the first time to combine chip-LED's with double-sided emitted lighting on completely transparent conductive track structures inside laminated glass with wireless supply of electrical energy. The signal transmission and the power supply is executed via the transparent conductive coating of the power glass®-sheet and is therefore an invisible function of this high tech glass.
Light spots seem to float with this new technology, going along with completely transparency. The inserted light-emitting diodes build light circles, -lines, -squares or even transparent double-sided readable running writing, that is either statically or dynamically switched via an RS 232-interface in combination with a PC.
The creative design of power glass® as boundless as the never ending applications, also in combination with light scattering glasses, screen print or in hardened implementation.

operator glass® - the touchscreen of tomorrow

With these highly transparent interactive displays, you communicate with the touch of a finger, directly at the interface man - machine. The freely programmable switch surfaces with a resolution down to the last pixel lie protected between two layers of glass - without any disruptive spacers which would impair the clear visibility. Naturally, the surface is resistant to acids, alkalis and UV-irradiation. Furthermore, it can be sterilised and is also available in a vandalism-proofed version.
Metalized switching contacts within the glass compound are practically wear-resistant. Our performance test showed no difference, even after more than 3 million contacts. Our glasses are of course available in vandalism-proofed versions, and also with integrated heating and heat-reflecting sun-protection glass.
operator glass is also offered with a complete mounting-frame incl. control electronics and FPD's. operator glass® is the ideal solution for flat monitors and control keyboards. Another handy feature: The lettering can be changed to individual requirements!
