ILS REVOLUX rolling screens are specially designed for use in roller screen applications, for greenhouse roofs, outer and dividing walls. The strengthened knit structure ensures a smooth rolling up and down of the screen, even after frequent use.

ILS REVOLUX rolling screens are meant for situations where flame retardancy is of great importance, for example in public areas like retail nurseries.

ILS REVOLUX screens are made of aluminium and transparent synthetic strips. In a closed position the screen retains the radiant and convective heat. This results directly into energy savings. The ILS REVOLUX screens also reflect the required amount of the sun's radiation, protecting the crop from fierce radiation and stressful temperatures. Both of these properties result in a more comfortable working climate for the crop, public and personnel.

In order to achieve a decorative effect, ILS REVOLUX uses a white monofilament and on one side orange, green or aluminium to your choice.

Condensation will not occur, therefore the screen will remain algae free and clean for many years.

The ILS screens also reflect the required amount of the sun's radiation, protecting the crop from fierce radiation and stressful temperatures. Both of these properties result in a more comfortable working climate.

Due to the knitted structure of the fine 5 mm strips, combined with special HDPE yarns, the ILS screens allow sufficient water vapour to pass through. This prevents any excess in humidity levels and prevents any condensation from forming on the underside of the screen. The screen will remain algae free and clean for many years, ensuring longevity of the screen and a dry, healthy crop.

For dividing walls within the greenhouse, ILS CLEAR is available. An advantage of this type of material is that one can see through it, unlike the other ILS types.
