wodego has a wide range of high quality panels for specialist requirements: the MultiFunctionalPanel (MFP) for constructive purposes; flame-resistant Pyroex B1, three universal MDF variants, low-emission wood materials with the “Blue Angel” environmental label, and panels that meet QDF (Quality Association of German Prefabrication) requirements.
The single layer MultiFunctionalPanel (MFP) is made of coarse chips, and is approved by building authorities (CE mark); it is suitable for constructive purposes. The material has a high and consistent rigidity both vertically and horizontally to the direction of production. With excellent bending, transverse tensile strength and high moisture resistance, MFP is the ideal panel material for surfaces and packaging that are subject to heavy loads; it is also easy to cut. Pyroex B1 is a highly flame-resistant wood material of building materials class B1. It combines all the advantages of chipboard with the added benefit of safety in the event of fire. The addition of flame retardants reduces the burning speed of the chipboard, which leads to a significant increase in fire resistance.
The three MDF variants are known for their high quality properties and modern appearance: raw MDF, elegant black MDF and mouldable MDF flex. They are perfect for interior design projects: black MDF represents innovative elegance, while MDF flex is ideal for the manufacture of almost any required design construction – arched, circular or undulating. And if health considerations need to be taken into account as well as the advantages in design and processing, then wodego’s low-emission panels are the solution. Low-emission FPO UZ panels with the “Blue Angel” environmental label in P2 and QDF panels in P4 and P5 meet the high standards for minimal formaldehyde content. This enables them to make an important contribution to a healthy home environment.
