Feminine, soft and comfortable to the touch thanks to its soft mohair yarns. The collection is hand tufted in 13 plain colours; however it’s also possible to work with stripes (Extase Linea) or a mix of two colours (Extase misto). Apart from this, you can also work with the 88 colours from our 2 Casalis colour boxes. The carpets are generally produced without any designs, however it is possible to create designs.

Durability:
Mohair wool has a smooth surface comparable with our own hair, in contrast with sheep’s wool, for example. The carpet must be brushed regularly in order to maintain an attractive surface. It is an extremely soft carpet and therefore ideal for bedrooms and dressing rooms, but less suitable for areas of heavy wear. Despite its fluffy appearance, the loss of fibre is minimal.

Maintenance:
The downy character of the carpet means that loose particles can easily end up deep in the pile and the vacuum cleaner will be unable to reach them. To remove loose particles, it is recommended to brush the carpet thoroughly with a hairbrush. A special brush which should be used for this purpose has been supplied with the carpet. This thorough brushing in all directions also prevents tangling of the yarn, so brush at least once a week!
