The concept was to create a fauteuil which surprise with lightness and convince with comfort. The design carrys on the technical coined tradition of the danish design from the fifities and interpret it new for contemporary industrial fabrication possibilitys. The contrast between his filigree, expressive wood base and the voluminous appearance of the seat upholstery gives the fauteuil his strong expressive character.
