For years Patricia Urquiola has been working with B&B Italia on a research project that focuses on some particular recognisable signs of her communication. The theme of the high back seat was confronted following the suggestions born from the use of a material such as thick leather. The characterizing elements are the zip that ‘bind’ the two anterior and posterior faces of the chair, with a chromatic motive in contrast or in tone, and the seams that similarly mark the leather coupling in the internal back part.
Four different colours are available: black, dark-black, brown and light beige, some smooth varieties, printed and perforated.
