Evolution
The concept of Evolution is inspired by the intuition that determined the success of the E-2001 system: the hinged top, supported by a shared shelf support and a central structural crossbeam. This architecture guarantees an outstanding compositiva flexibility and makes it possible to develop the furniture arrangement along the horizontal and vertical axes, allowing significant saving of office space, and consequent economical savings. The structural upright and the crossbeam form the base of executive desks, characterised by striking combinations of surface treatments and materials.
Material and finishes of the top
The tops in melamine finish are made in 30 mm chipboard panels with melamine surface, and they are edged in 2,5 mm thick PVC with radius on all edges.
Melamine: light grey, cream, lily white, cherry, birch, apple, oak, perpero.
Material and finishes of the structure
Leg and crossbeam is in varnished metal in lily white and silver epoxy-resins. Gamba e stangone in metallo verniciato con polveri epossidiche nei colori silver e bianco giglio.
Cable management
Wiring from floor or ceiling can be done by means of channels and ducts. The cables, lodged in a wiring tray hooked on the crossbeam, are fed through slots at the top of the legs or through the opening of a flap.
