The straight line as the prototype of architecture and forward motion, a metaphor for flight and human progress. This is Asterisco: a meticulous and precise line traced between two points, that forms the basic structure of a furniture project that is constantly evolving, that generates ideas and solutions for different ways of working and living in the articulated environment of the contemporary office. From high-tech operative stations to prestigious executive offices, Asterisco interprets the widespread demand for rational furniture for the modern office, thanks to its linear, essential and rigorous design. The structure, consisting of legs and crossbeam in square-section metal tube, confirms this approach, at the same time making the system sturdy, quick to assemble and flexible.
Material and finishes of the top
The tops are made in 18 mm thick chipboard panels, with anti-scratch and anti-reflect melamine surfaces. Top are edged in 2.5 mm thick PVC with radius on all edges.
Melamine: cream, light grey, lily white, birch, oak, apple, perpero, cherry, wenge.
Veneer: oak, wenge.

Electrically welded metal tube legs, power coated in silver, lily white finish. The 50 mm square steel leg profile is power coated in silver and white and includes adjustable feet.
