This clarity. This is how attractive minimalism can be. The mirror needs a central position in the entrance area. It’s essential for that final visual check before you leave. Purist though the design may be, LAYERS fulfils this function as one would expect of an efficient coat stand. Its mirror seems to float effortlessly in front of the wall; its mounting frame is concealed from view. The two aluminium shelves contribute the practicality that’s important for any entrance-area furniture: the upper shelf has a cutout recess along its full length, so that coat hangers are retained securely, but like the lower shelf, it can also be used to keep small items conveniently to hand: mobile phones, keys etc. For the cool climate of an office entrance or for an apartment that aims to make a clear design statement as soon as the visitor arrives, LAYERS is the versatile answer. And one with the maximum visual impact.
